At EDC Essentials, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your tactical or aesthetic needs, you can return it within 30 days. All items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging and include all accessories or documentation that came with your EDC gear.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
